I am Your Healing Coach Tiffany Fox!
I am a certified Life and Mental Health Coach, Author, Mentor, Transformational Speaker, with almost 2 decades of experience in the Mental Health Field. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
My love language is to see you win!
Every day I set out to instill HOPE & Healing! I am purposed to teach women how to get out of survival mode, show up for themselves and start their healing journey!
I am not your traditional Life Coach, my experience and education in mental health helps me understand how thoughts and behaviors are married. I focus on the mindset and thought processes. I use a strength based approach along with other methods like CBT & Mindfulness to help my clients achieve their desired outcomes. I also have practical tools to help you do the inner work.
I am my own prototype. I teach what I lived; I draw from my life experiences to connect to my clients. I provide a safe space to look in the mirror, face some hard truths, and get assistance with getting the tools & skills that are needed to start healing.
I have been coaching women for 10+years.
